dc.description.abstract | The well known Jorgensen’s Dilemma reads: 1. Only declarative, i.e. true or false statements can form parts of logically correct reasonings 2. Norms are not declarative senstences 3. Norms cannot form parts of logically correct reasonings 4. Logically correct normative reasonings do exist Three different attempts to elucidate and resolve Jorgensen’s Dilemma are presented and the answers are evaluated in terms of canon law theorist. The conclusion states that none of the three can be rejected for philosophical and theological reasons alone. | pl_PL |
