Poszukiwanie Boga w rozumieniu proroków Starego Testamentu

Abstract

The author discusses prophetic sentences in which two expressions are iused dāraš Jhwh (to seek Yahweh) and biqqēš Jhwh (to search Yahweh). He attempts to establish its exact meaning analyzing some of the prophetic textes. The first expression suggests a seeking of the will of God through the divine message of the prophets. The second one expresses also seeking of God, but through more personal searching God, as a supreme good. This seeking of God may be successful, because God in this grace and love permits to be found by man of good will, if he really looks for Him.
