Kształtowanie światopoglądu „nowego człowieka” w systemie komunistycznym było jednym z najważniejszych zadań dla ideologów i funkcjonariuszy nowego porządku ideowo- społecznego. Dzięki wdrożonej edukacji w procesach wychowawczych stosowano nową hierarchię wartości, na której czele został postawiony relatywizm klasowy oraz utylitaryzm, który pozwalał klasie rządzącej, uważającej się za emanację proletariatu, na podporządkowanie wszystkich środków, łącznie z metodami represji, jednemu celowi: zachowaniu absolutnej władzy. W klasie rządzącej wyrastała grupa osób, semiautonomicznej wobec całej komunistycznej partii, która w sposób typowy dla oligarchii sprawowała absolutne rządy dzięki całemu aparatowi cenzury, przymusu oraz walki z Kościołem. Stawała się ona coraz bardziej „zbiorowym” sumieniem, które rościło sobie prawo do podporządkowania sumienia jednostki.
Shaping of the “new human” philosophy of life in the communist system was one of the most significant tasks for ideologists and officials of the new ideological and social order. In transferring of the knowledge, thanks to the implemented education, and in the upbringing processes, new hierarchy of values was used, where class relativism and utilitarianism were put at the forefront, enabling the ruling class, which treated itself as the emanation of the proletariat, to subject all the resources, including the methods of repression, to one objective: maintaining of absolute power. In the ruling class, a group of people appeared, being semi-autonomous in relation to the whole communist party and governing the country in an absolute manner typical for an oligarchy, owing to the whole apparatus of censorship, compulsion and fight with the Church. Therefore, it gradually became the “collective” conscience, claiming itself the right to subordinate the individual conscience.
